True To You Therapy is comprised of state licensed, board certified clinicians who specialize in delivering Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech & Language Pathology for children, adolescents and young adults ages birth to 21 years. Located in Honesdale, PA, our outpatient center is conveniently nestled right outside the heart of town, ready to serve you and your family.

Founded by husband and wife team, Dr. Michael Trygar, PT, DPT and Dr. Brianne Font, OTD, OTR/L, True To You Therapy is a practice where the therapy is truly individualized to you and your family. After working across a variety of practice settings, our founders discovered that client-centered, individualized care was not always the first priority. Deeming that as unacceptable, together they decided to open True To You Therapy. A clinic where the name speaks for itself and the therapists who work there are dedicated to upholding it.
