Meet The Team

  • Brianne Font OTD, MS, OTR/L

    OWNER & OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

Hi there, I’m Ms. Bri! I am a licensed and board-certified Occupational Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania and a graduate from Misericordia University as a Doctor of Occupational Therapy. I also hold a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy degree and a Bachelor in Health Sciences degree. My entire career has centered around pediatrics with experience in multiple settings including early intervention, school-based and outpatient. I focus on being neurodiversity affirming and utilize multi-sensory and play-based approaches to help ensure that your child enjoys therapy! I also specialize in feeding therapy- for both picky eating and the oral motor aspects of eating. As someone who had their own (significant) feeding difficulties growing up, I not only understand feeding from a therapy perspective, but from a child’s viewpoint as well.

Aside from feeding, I have extensive experience working with children who have a variety of diagnoses including developmental delay, genetic disorders, cerebral palsy, visual motor/perceptual issues, blindness, deaf or hard of hearing, traumatic brain injury, language-based learning disabilities, ADD/ADHD, sensory processing disorder, autism spectrum disorder, dysgraphia, amputations, oral motor difficulties and musculoskeletal disorders.

Fun facts: Outside of work, you can find me at a bowling alley, baking or at home with my husband, son and cat. I am a USBC certified youth bowling coach and have been for over 10 years. Surprise, I am also the owner of True To You Therapy!

  • Ashley Flederbach, M.S., CCC-SLP

    SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST

Hi there, I’m Miss Ashley, M.S., CCC-SLP. I am a Honesdale native and love contributing to the community that helped shape who I am today. I received my BA in Communication Sciences and Disorders from West Chester University and my MS in Speech-Language Pathology from Bloomsburg University. I have been an SLP for about 8 years and have spent that time working solely in pediatrics, primarily with the preschool population. I am extremely passionate about early language and AAC and I like to utilize a total communication approach in therapy to provide kiddos with multiple ways of expressing themselves. I am a big believer in child-led play therapy and creating a safe space for neurodivergent kiddos to feel seen and accepted.

When I’m not working on communication, you can find me at home with my fiancé and two cats reading, gardening, running, or watching the Phillies. I’m also often traveling, in a book or record store, or listening to live music.
