Private Pay & Superbill

The private pay model allows us the flexibility and freedom to uphold our standard of “true to you therapy” for you and your family without restrictions and limitations set by insurance companies. These limitations include parameters on length, frequency and duration of services.

​In a case where we do not take your insurance and you pay privately, a superbill can be provided upon request. We will provide you with a superbill (which is a detailed insurance reimbursement receipt) to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

**Insurance reimbursement rates vary depending on your individual insurance plan, benefits and deductible. We recommend you call your insurance company directly to familiarize yourself with your reimbursement for services**  It is the caregiver's responsibility to understand their coverage and benefits. Refunds will not be provided. Further, there is NO guarantee that your insurance company will provide reimbursement.
*If your child has Medicaid, unfortunately, we are unable to provide a superbill for services and therapy would be an out-of-pocket expense. 

Referrals

A referral from the pediatrician is required for evaluation and services. You can have your pediatrician fax the referral to (570) 227-7854 or email it to our HIPAA secure email: info@truetoyoutherapyservices.com. We must have a referral prior to your child’s initial evaluation.
